I met Chris at the Atlanta FuMan Signing at Nordstrom's in Perimeter Mall on August 11th, 2001 and the wait was well worth it! I had been there since 5AM and I was around the 40th person in line. I made a lot of friends and there was this one *NSYNC fan that was a guy and he looked like a Wade and Steve put together ... he was really hot! Anyway, he knew like every move to every song so this one girl went and got her car and started blasting "Dirty Pop" and he danced along with the music. He was very good. So finally around 8:30 they start handing out the wrist bands. Then we had to wait to 9:30 before they moved the first 50 people inside Nordstroms to wait. Inside we had NSA and Celebrity blasting throughout the store and we all were dancing and singing along. Then one of our local DJs((Woody)) arrived and he started talking to us and getting us hyped. And this one girl brought a cardboard cutout of Chris and so Woody made "Ch! ris" talk ... it was so funny!! He was talking in this high pitched voice and saying stuff like, "Buy my stuff! Why aren't y'all buying my FuMan!". So then he made some girls practice with the cardboard Chris of what they were going to say to him. One girl just walked up to the cardboard Chris and pretented to makeout with him and Woody has Chris say, "Don't touch me! Backoff"((something like that)) ... but it was pretty funny. Before Chris came out they made us scream and scream and then when Chris did come out the screams became extremly loud! It was fun watching everyone react to Chris when they went up to him. So it was finally my turn and I tried to stay calm and I handed him my shirt and he smiled at me and said, "Hi, how are you doing?". I was like, "I'm fine and by the way, the song "Falling" that you co-wrote is absolutely amazing! I was in England when "Celebrity" came out so I bought it there and "Falling" is just gorgeous." and he replied, "Aw really? You think s! o? Thank you". Ahh, I just about died there! That day was the best day of my life and the concert was later that night also!! Anyway, Chris is an amazing hot down-to-earth gentleman!
